What if ICOM's impact extended beyond the annual conference and became a year-round catalyst for Christ-centered economic development and poverty alleviation?

This interactive pre-conference session brings together church leaders, missionaries, development practitioners, business leaders, and donors to explore a potential ICOM Economic Development Collective. Rather than creating a new centralized organization, the vision is to connect existing churches, ministries, practitioners, and resource providers around shared opportunities for sustainable human flourishing.

Through collaborative discussions, table conversations, and practical exploration, participants will help evaluate the concept, identify potential opportunities and risks, and contribute ideas for how such a network could serve the broader mission community. Topics will include holistic mission, economic empowerment, partner collaboration, local ownership, accountability, and pathways for meaningful engagement.

Whether you bring experience in missions, development, business, philanthropy, or church leadership, your perspective can help shape the next steps of this emerging initiative.

Hey there—welcome in!
